Samantha™ can be installed in your data center, licensed perpetually, or licensed Software as a Service (SaaS) from our cloud providers.

 

Pricing is based on size limits: 

  • Number of Sites represented in your repository
  • Number of Companies with equipment you track
  • Number of Servers, both physical and virtual
  • Number of Network Devices (routers, switches, etc.)
  • Number of named SamanthaTM users
  • (All other assets are unlimited - PCs, peripherals, software, etc.)

 

Process modules (i.e. Change, Configuration, Incident, etc.), Integrations, and Advanced Features are licensed separately. All installations require the Base Module and Scheduler. 

 

Configuration Management, Contract / Financial Management, Document Management, Project / Time Management and Controls are stand-alone modules. 

 

Change Management and Incident Management require Configuration Management.


Service Level Management requires Configuration Management and Document Management.

 

Problem Management requires Incident Management.

 

Release Management, Complex Change Rules, Change Prediction and Themes / Strategies require Change Management.

 

Availability Management requires Change Management and Incident Management. 

 

Unless delivered SaaS from our cloud providers, Controls, Complex Change Rules and Change Prediction are licensed annually. 

 

Annual software maintenance is included with SaaS delivery and is optional, but recommended for perpetually licensed implementations. 

 

Reporting Services and Gaming are included at no additional charge.
